It's completely up to you. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes, so they can enjoy their day while we clean. If you prefer to be present during the service, we'll be happy to accommodate your preference.
Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate your needs and adjust our schedule accordingly
We require a minimum of two weeks' notice if you wish to cancel all further cleaning services. Please notify us via [preferred communication channel]. As long as the cancellation is made with at least two weeks' notice, there will be no penalties incurred.
